Raw Recipes – Some Favorite Raw Recipes

In this article, I will give you a few of my favorite raw recipes and some of my favorite raw foods. I will also give you a few ideas on how to make them.

My first recipe is my favorite. It’s a simple one, but it’s really tasty. You can use any type of fruit you like in this dish. You can also add other ingredients such as nuts or seeds if you wish. This is a great way to get your daily dose of vitamins and minerals.

Favorite Raw Recipes

1 cup dried fruits (such as apricots, apples, bananas, dates, figs, raisins, prunes, pears, peaches, pineapples, and strawberries)

2 cups water

Place all of the dried fruit into a blender. Add two cups of water and blend until smooth. Drink one cup every morning.

Here are a couple more recipes that are great for breakfast:

Apple Pecan Granola

1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well. Spread granola evenly on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir and bake another 5 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container.

Muesli

1 cup oats

1 cup almonds

1 cup cashews

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup sesame seeds

Mix all ingredients together and place them in a food processor. Pulse until mixture becomes coarse. Spread mixture evenly on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Stir and bake another 10 minutes. Allow cooling before storing in an airtight container. Makes approximately 2 cups.

Fruit Salad

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup mango pieces

1 cup papaya pieces

1 cup kiwi pieces

1 cup banana slices

1 cup orange sections

1 cup strawberries

Combine all ingredients and serve immediately.

Tropical Fruit Smoothie

1 banana

1 cup frozen mango pieces

1 cup frozen pineapple pieces

1 cup frozen papaya pieces

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup orange juice

1 cup water

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
