Why is fruit  healthy for us?

The fruit of a tree is the edible part of the plant. Fruits are classified as seeds, pods, berries, or fleshy. The fleshy fruits are usually soft and juicy while the dry fruits are usually hard and not very juicy. They differ in size, shape, and color. The size of the fruit is determined by its location within the tree and its age.

Healthy fruits

A young fruit is small, round, and green while an old one has a larger size, oval shape, and is yellowish in color. The skin of a fruit is usually thick and rough. It may be smooth or hairy depending on the species. Some fruits have a thin layer of skin around them while others have none. The pulp of the fruit is usually sweet and juicy.
